Holly's Massage & Spa Reviews

Such a wonderful experience at Holly’s Massage & Spa! I came straight here after work feeling tired, tense, and with back pain, and Fei was exactly what I needed. She is incredibly skilled and has strong, firm pressure—she found every tight muscle and really worked out all the tension. 💆‍♀️✨ I’m heading home feeling completely refreshed, relaxed, and best of all, no more back pain! Fei is professional, attentive, and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’m so glad I found her and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Fei! ❤️

It's very plain-looking from the outside, and honestly even from the inside. The prices are beyond reasonable, too--probably in part because they didn't pour tens of thousands of dollars into a spa setting. There are 4 quiet rooms in back, all with the same soft lighting and solo piano music. Fairly sturdy tables with fresh linens. They go to work on you vigorously. Very thorough massage that really knocks out your knots and loosens you up. It's intense, even though the therapist barely weighs 100 pounds. They'll focus on any joints or muscles from head to toe, and will add hot stone massage and a couple other modalities for a small additional fee. Like the sign says, this is most definitely a therapeutic massage clinic, and tacky jokes about happy endings will get you booted.

Edit: The most recent massage was back to excellent. Strong accurate pressure, professional, and the full duration without interruptions. Very relaxing and therapeutic. I'll keep returning as long as the quality continues moving forward. This place used to be amazing--strong professional massage and convenient to home. But the change of staff has been unfortunate. The new person demanded payment up front, which was weird--I prefer to pay and tip at the end. Then while giving the massage, she answered her cell phone, which rang and chimed very loudly several times close to my head, and left the room to answer the main phone. More importantly, the massage wasn't as good as the previous person. She had VERY sharp nails, spent a very long time on my head, and kept scratching my ears and neck. It's too bad, but I don't think I'll be going back.

Can’t lie, I was skeptical when I saw this place from the outside, doesn’t look promising but they had opening in the same afternoon and most of the reviews are good. I had a pleasant experience, my masseuse, Charo, was wonderful. She really worked hard to get my lower back feels better. I really believe the owner of this place value their customers feedbacks, I saw one feedbacks mentioned about the cold bed, the bed I was on yesterday has heating pad, they play relaxing music throughout. Yes, it’s not fancy so if you are expecting aromatherapy massage oil and fancy robe, this is not the place, but you pay less to for a very similar service. If you want a simple but good massage, I think you’ll be happy. I will go back when I need my massage. They also have Thai massage, which I love.

Updates: I recently returned to Holly's Massage to give them another try. After my 3rd appointment, it I was reminded why I stopped coming to Holly's. Again, massage was interrupted by the walk-ins asking for information. I understand this is a business, but inderstand the client on the table should be shown respect. These interruptions are really annoying. There are usually other therapists working besides Fei, but she always answers the door. Perhaps a sign stating "We are currently with a client, please come back later" or "Please come in and have a seat" "We'll be with you shortly". If I were a walk in, I would respect the client receiving the massage. That is NOT too much to ask! ____________________________________ The massage could have been so much more enjoyable if Holly's business followed professional business practices. I was taken aback by my experience at this establishment. It seemed a bit pricey for what I was about to experience, a one-hour massage with 3-4 interruptions! The room was cold, the massage room door was left open while the therapist attended to other things. No regard for the client's privacy. The client in front of her was not a priority! Very unprofessional environment . My masseuse frequently left my side. Massage was interrupted several times. I asked where she kept going to? She stated she had to answer the phone, attend to the walk-ins,etc. All at my expense. No compensation for an incomplete massage or the "time away". The person stating that the 90 minutes "with tip was $120" should know she got a good deal. The 90 min. was my first choice, but after experiencing all the disruptions, am glad I did not pay for her additional time away.
